ADT does not provide feedback to its clients

I requested an ADT padlock and I have not been contacted as yet. I called customer service twice already to follow-up. I spoke to Johannes (customer service) last week and have not received any feedback. The other frustrating issue is when calling customer service, you are taken from pillar to post. The first I called I was transferred more than 5 times. The second time I called the phone rang so long.<br> <br> Now the most frustrating is: I went to lodge a complaint on their website about this issue but the 'T's & 'C's page has an error message and as such my complaint will not be submitted as agreeing to their 'T's & 'C's is a required field. I therefore resorted to this platform as I will not waste my money and time calling call centre again.
