ADT does not come out to repair faulty alarm

Quite soon after I installed ADT the alarm they installed stopped working. I have sent numerous emails and called but no one comes to fix their alarm. Plus they want me to pay to fix their alarm which I do not arm and is of low quality. I am a woman living alone , please fix my alarm and put back my old one ADT
