ADT does not care

Five years with ADT and nothing but pathetic service. Still waiting from March 2013 for a refund for money incorrectly debited for work never done. Armed response arriving at my premises and ringing my intercom only to drive off when I answer, still waiting a few months for feedback on that. No response to a panic activation, still waiting for a call from management. When I decide to cancel on 1/12/2015, I received no response until I complained on their facebook page. Was promised that cancellation would be done by 31/12/2015 and radio fees would be refunded. Thereafter a Tasneem Du Toit called stating that our system was rented and that they want it back. She went so far as to email the contract. She never tried to assist with our complaints but demands her five year old equipment back. ADT please fetch your equipment BUT before doings so, first complete the installation that was quoted on in 2013 and not done, or refund us the money that you took with interest. Also please collect your radio transmitter as soon as you refund the radio fees. It will be a pleasure not dealing with such an ************ company in the future.
