ADT - do not go with this security company.

This is the absolute worst security company to go with. I have had non stop issues with this company for the past few months. I then decided to cancel on the first business day of January 2023, sent numerous emails for follow up on cancellation, called the contact centre who then advised to send ''an email'', and then i still get debited for February. Bunch of ******* that cannot fulfil their services successfully. Iv been warned about them, and now I have experienced it.

Then I attempt to call again and Lerato from JHB customer support first hangs up on me when requesting a manager, and when I call again, she says she can only send an email, and cannot escalate to a manager. Really :|
