ADT - DISCIMINATE AGAINST AFRIKAANS

On Tuesday, 9/2 I send a website request for a quotation for an alarm system at my house. On Wednesday 10/2 ADT phoned me, but I missed the call. I returned the call and Nina answered the call. I asked to speak to an Afrikaans speaking consultant.. She said I must hold - I held for about 5 minutes and hung up. Today (Thurs 11/2) I phoned again. Lincoln Williams answered the phone. Again a requested to speak to an Afrikaans speaking consultant . Lincoln told me that they are not allowed to speak Afrikaans. They are only allowed to speak English as it is a Universal language. I asked him twice if that is the company policy and he confirmed that it is the ADT's policy.
I can not help to wonder if they apply their policy in the case of an emergency when a small Afrikaans, Xhosa, etc. child phones in and request assistance?
If my language is a problem, and against your company policy, then my \Afrikaans money/payments\" will probably also be a problem.

"
