Adt disappoints once again
Alarm goes off at business 19.24 I say call back in 5 min so I can hear if someone was there. I get a call back at 19.41. Acceptable. I think not. So tired of this. I've had endless problems since I moved from previous company. 17min for call centre to call me back another half hour if I needed armed response? Sorry but this is not on
