ADT did not respond to my house break-in

My home was broken into on 26/07/2015. My alarm went off at 12:25pm. We received a call from ADT control room at 12:27, we advised that no one was at home & to send out a vehicle. No call received to advise further. My husband drove home, about an hour later to find our front door & gate broken open. He called the ADT control room to ask where's the patrol car? He explained he was alone & afraid to enter the house, not sure if the perpetrators were still there. Still no response from ADT , not even a phone call. The Greenwood Park police arrived, took our statement & left. Still, no response from ADT. I even received the case number via SMS. I pressed my panic button thrice. NO PHONE CALL from ADT!!!!!! NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM ADT!!!! My room door was broken & all 3 rooms ransacked. The perpetrators had plenty of time to break my gate, my front door, my room door & ransack the entire house because ADT NEVER RESPONDED!!!!!<br> <br> Finally 3HRs later I got my neighbour to press her panic button, a vehicle shows up for her unit. ADT staff STUART SEEKOLA advised he was on patrol from the morning and never received a call until 3:30pm, when the panic button of my neighbour was pressed.
