Adt delivers bad service period.

Adt is a ****ty company that makes money out of their clients. They are quick to sign up clients and deliver bad service. 1. I requested a debit order cancellation from my account as I was making manual payments, it hasn't been done. My bank account gets debited leaving me to pay for the unpaids items on my account.. 2. Excess response report-Adt is making money with this report. Why is it that if I don't answer my phone when the monitoring center calls then I get charged because the response officer is sent to the premise and leave a slip. Sometimes I don't receive a call from the monitoring center if there's an alarm activation and yet you will find a slip left by the response officer. 3. As for the reaction time it's pathetic-alarm will go off and I'll get a call an hour later.
