ADT deducts premiums after agreement is cancelled

Our law firm had ADT security for years, and when we moved offices we cancelled our agreement with them. On 28 September we gave 2 month's notice, to which they responded that they acknowledged the cancellation. However, they continued to deduct monthly premiums via the debit order. I called them about this in December, to which they said that they will correct the error in their system. They are still deducting monthly premiums, despite more follow-up calls, promising high and low that the agreement has been cancelled.

Our offices were in Queenswood, Pretoria; I do not know which particular branch we signed with, but it must be the one that is closest? I wasn't aware that we contract a specific branch. The agreement was for Meyer & Venter Attorneys.

This issue has still not been resolved. Zeno from customer service has said she will call me back about this, but I have not heard from her and when I call her the phone simply rings.
