ADT DEBITING UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS

ADT have been incrementally increasing the monthly rate and debiting my account with additional fees not agreed upon.

When calling ADT accounts,Mpho,she never gets back to me,she is harder to get hold of then a needle in a haystack.

I have sent numerous mails with the standard generic response.

I have had no choice but to stop the debit orders to ADT.
