ADT debiting from my account without my consent.

Good day,

I have an ADT account listed on my credit report, there is money being debited from my account every month. I have disputed the debit and this morning i received an sms stating that my account has been handed over for collection. I do not have ADT account or any sechrity units from ADT. I sent an email a month back and i did not receive any feedback.

Some lady called and i told her i do not have an account with ADT and she told me she was going to escalate it, nothing has changed since. I am sick and tired as this is ruining my credit score.
