ADT debited me twice

I have been on the phone trying to figure out as to why i was debited twice from my bank with no help.rude consultants kept telling me i was not debited twice until i sent my bank statement to Elize Ramorwa who received my email and ignored it.i then called again and was told she would get back to me but never did.i am so dissapointed with the service i am receiving from ADT. And please teach your consultants custore care,they are rude.
