ADT debit my account after service terminated
Received OFFICIAL confirmation from ADT for cancellation of the Monitoring and Armed Response service and service to the premises will terminate effective 29 May 2018. THEN ON 1 JUNE 2018 THEY GO AND DEBIT MY ACCOUNT !!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The debit order for June 2018 could no be stopped as it was at the bank already for our June 2018 month end.
The District Manager dealing with your complaint will liaise with the Accounts department to rectify and add the June 2018 payment to your existing pending refund.
