ADT ******** behaviour

The worst company to deal with, EVER!!!! They falsely opened a duplicate account in my name and nailed me with 4 non payments on my credit score. After my landlord and I spoke to them multiple times about correcting their error and clearing my name, After a lengthy battle, theyy sent me an e-mail stating that this issue was now resolved. This morning I noticed tha they reneged on their promise and nailed me with another non payment and the account is still open!!!!!! I absolutely despise this company with every cell in my body. Their offices are run by idiots and clowns who have no clue what they are doing. My next step would be small claims court!!
