ADT Costs me money

I had a break in when i was out of the country. ADT and my parents went to my home. My dad told ADT they could hear noises coming from a nearby bush. However the did not want to go in , said they would call the police!<br> Goods ****** from my garage where to the amount of R31000, insurance company will only pay out R10000 because garages are considered outbuildings(never knew). If ADT had done their job i would have not have a R21000 loss!!!!
