ADT contract cancellation

I cancelled my ADT contract February 2024 Ticket: E33B2DD65C131.

I once wrote here on hello Peter and ADT called me to sort out this issue and promised me that they cancelled the contract and the lady that assisted me even told me that I will be refunded radio fee. They have been quiet for more than 2 months now. To my surprise today I received a monthly statement showing that I still owe them.They messed up my credit profile as they updated from March 2024 that I defaulted on my premiums. Now my credit score has been affected..Stay away from ADT contract if you want peace of mind.
