ADT complete lack of service

This company's arrogance and indifference to the customers they are paid to serve is unbelievable. I have had two conversations with consultants and written five emails, most of which have gone unanswered, to try and terminate my contract over the last few weeks. There should be an option to give them less than a zero rating, which is what their service amounts to.
