ADT CCTV technical issue not resolved
ADT Security is really loosing their touch. Im not sure if they are employing *********** technical team or what. We have purched a CCTV system from they which they have installed for us whic everything was fine.The problem started when we now cannot monitor our property from our phones. They kept on sending one technical team who did mot understand what he was doing. The other technical teams never pitched and they did not even call to let us know they are not coming. They just lie and say they tried calling us. I am so dissapointed at ADT im even thinking of terminating my contract with them. Their service has become poor anf we are not getting value for our money at all.

19 Dec 2024, 10:38ADT is the worst company ever.After this review they called and promised to send a technical team and no one came.When i called them they told me unfounded stories which are lies and they are trying to cover their tracks. Im so dissapointed and will be canceling my contract with them immediately. Now we have to pay extra money to get it fixed with the problems that was caused by ADT.
