ADT - Causing harm and dont care

In November 2019 I had a fender bender with an ADT security officer driving a Fidelity ADT branded Isuzu van. I jumped out to get his details and he refused to jump out. I started taking photos of the van and plates and thats when he decided he will jump out and take a photo of my car. When I asked him for his license he refused, jumped into his van and started driving off. I was infront of the van when he started driving faster and faster with me pinned to the hood of his van. I begged him to stop and I have this on video but he kept driving. I spoke to a manager on that day from ADT, name was Jonathan who really didnt give a **** and told me that I jumped on the hood of the van. Which was not the case. Fast forward to Jan 2020 after me sending a few messages to ADT I finally get a call from Chris Naidoo who advised he was the regional manager. He asked for my count of events as the video he had does not show this (I call bull****) I sent him my video as he requested and now he just ignores me. ADT caused damage to my car, cause me bodily harm. I have been wearing a wrist brace since the accident and will have to get an operation on my wrist done due to the injuries sustained in the incident. They dont care to call me back or email me back. They think its a small thing but they have caused me pain (soft tissue damage and wrist joint damage) while this security guard keeps working and gets off scotts free. A company that is supposed to protect us just takes advantage of us. I wonder how many other incidents this officer has done like this and you just keep him on your payroll
