ADT Causing car accident and harassing driver

I was involved in an accident this year caused by ADT security driver. The ADT driver proceeded over a red robot and we collided, I was not even the first car going in the same direction at the intersection, meaning that the ADT driver skipped the robot and drove between cars and bumped me. I was not able to drive my car and I walked away with a neck injury that still bothers me today. I have had to pay medical bills that could have been avoided if the driver had stopped at the red robot.

After giving a statement to the JMPD, the manager of the ADT driver proceeded to harass me and tried to prevent me from leaving the scene and tried to stop the towing company from towing my car away, which I could no longer drive. At this point, I was injured and was being taken to the hospital, but a few other drivers and their manager surrounded me and tried to prevent me from leaving the scene.

I gave the ADT driver and JMPD all my correct details, but weeks and months later I am still receiving calls from the legal team of Fidelity and their insurance company. After initially speaking to the head of the legal team, he advised that since I have insurance they are no longer able to contact me regarding the case (I did provide my insurance details with the driver at the scene). But that did not happen. I have been handed over to lawyers and been continuously harassed over the matter. Even after I advised them that I have insurance that has dealt with the case.

I have reached a breaking point with this matter and the unnecessary back and forth, taking time out of my work to deal with this matter is becoming a serious issue.
