ADT Cant even show up for a SALES pitch!!!

<p>So as I excitedly move into my new house, the first thing I did was look at security. My neighbour has ADT so I thought I would join. I went through their site and a call centre agent called to take my details and book for the sales person to come. I even got an SMS confirming that SIMON LETANTA will come meet with me and do an assessment of my house. I of course had to move a lot of things around to accomodate this very important meeting for me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, come agreed time, SIMON LETANTA is a no-show. He didn't bother to call and cancel/or reschedule. NOTHING!!! Thank you SIMON LETANTA for you have shown me that ADT members cannot be bothered. You simply do not give a damn. How can I trust you with my safety!!! Dont bother to contact me, I have gone with a more reliable company</p>
