ADT cant deliver

We paid for upgrades to our alarm system 4 weeks ago. Nobody came to install it. They were adamant on payment upfront. It was quite a lot of money +- R 3000 . We were bugled in the meantime. The alarm system was damaged. Nobody wants to fix it and we are thus not insured. Phoned 10 times got hold of some boss. We again dumped it on his junior. NO ALARM. Seems they cant install alarms. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
