ADT cannot provide security in KZN

I signed a contract with ADT to provide security for my property in KZN. It was also made clear that we were off site most of the time as we reside in a different province. They were only too happy to take my money and not provide a service. 6 months later I am paying for cameras that still don't work, 2 locks that were never installed and a remote which was never installed. My alarm has gone off numerous times in the past 7 months and all ADT has done is drive past the complex. They don't even know what the house looks like! There is always an excuse for not being able to do their job. To date, they have not set foot on the property even when we have been down there.

ADT was chosen because they have a national footprint, this is not the case. The franchise will dish out franchising rights to any semi- qualified 3 ring circus. Their branch manager is completely *********** and relies on the client to resolve issues.

ADT head office doesn't care, as long as they get their money. Once again this morning, my alarm went off around 06h00. They have still not set foot on my property to check it. Apparently, they can't get in. This has been going on for 6 months.

If you are looking for a company to provide peace of mind and security, stay away from ADT.
