ADT cannot protect you.

Hi ADT, it would appreciated if you would cancel my account. My wife was at home and three men who gained entry into the yard stating that they are from Ekhuruleni and were there to fix a pipe. No such request was put in. To cut it short my wife proceeded to press the panic button which apparently does not work. She then called me to advise of the situation. At this point I was 20 mins away so I called your call centre to send a unit. Well guess what? I got there before your unit who was apparently closer to the house than I was. What would have happened if said individuals had been there when I arrived. **** SERVICE.

Secondly I used my own airtime to call in to have my account closed because of what happened and I waited and waited being transferred from this guy to that guy all asking the exact same questions that I had answered previous. How about you just go **** YOURSELFS and just cancel my account.

That would the perfect ending to what could have turned out be a really bad day.
