ADT cannot fulfill their service commitments

Jan 2015 we had a mtg at Hair Attitude with Rassie where my daughter works, many break-inns within a sort period, 2 in one week. Each incident was just treated as another break-inn, system never tested for proper operation, the tues & Thurs incident confirms the latter. Broken-inn to my daughter's house (GROA65) on Sun 21 Jun 2015, Alarm at 10:30, ADT left a message at 10:31, will send a person to the house, at 16:04 arrived at the house & found the dogs inside, main gate, front security and wooden door forced open, a lot of stuff and safe ******. Found 2 ADT persons when I got there, still waiting for the police. The 1 ADT person told my daughter that he was not on shift and left. The other person took statements. On request about the whereabouts of the ADT person on duty, the person in charge said that he will follow-up the next day & give us feedback, which we did not agree with & he called him to come & it was the same person who left earlier, time of arrival 12:05, notified by control 11:50, 1:30hrs late & Adt agreed to be at fault & willing to sacrifice 2 months fee to make-up for losses R50 000+? Adt personnel are not trained & competent to act as such, 1 per vehicle???
