ADT by the far the worst to deal with!

I have to contact security companies to get confirmation of certain details in respect of burglaries and ADT are by far the worst to deal with!

ADT claim to be SAIDSA approved and yet they are most definitely not in certain regions (because they may be SAIDSA approved in say Cape Town does not mean they are in say East London) giving their clients a false impression, further their installations in the most are not SAIDSA approved in my experience.

When trying to obtain basic information you have to ring Cape Town no matter where you are, even though using a local number. Those answering are so unhelpful. I have given up in a case today, as despite some time spent trying to locate and speak to the relevant person, I have been unable to, which could well prejudice their client when the insurer deliberates on the facts, which is the alarm did not go off and there were no open and closings.
