ADT Breached Contract

In a nutshell. ADT phoned me to let me know that my alarm was going off. I told them to go check my premises. 28 minutes later they phoned me to say everything was okay. I got home an hour later and my house was broken into. I pushed the panic button and ADT arrived 10 minutes later. They guy said he was told to go to number 5 instead of number 56, I checked which security company number 5 was with and it was a rival company with signs twice the size of ADT's. I requested a report on the investigation of the break in of the house, the tracking of the vehicle and the ADT cameras that watch my driveway and I have yet to have a reply 2.1/2 months later. Non of my e-mails are returned, no one has apologized for the blunder. I have been given the middle finger. As far as I'm concerned, ADT have breached contract by not getting the basics done. I have paid every month without default and now I'm getting a kick in the *****. ADT's change over station is shared by my neighbor and myself and all the ADT people know where my house is
