ADT Binding Useless Contract

<p>ADT is not worth their name anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed a contract in March. The salesman promised me that the lowish wall and the labrador is not an issue. This morning the alarm triggerred. ADT went out after too long (not the promised 5mins). They looked from the front, where you cant see anything anyways and said that they could do no more, due to the wall (1m) and the furocious labrador!!! ***!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned to cancel the contract but was told I cannot as it is binding. HOW AND WHY!!! If you can't do ANYTHING for me, cancel my contract.</p>
