ADT Beter or worse???

We joined ADT due to the fact that we had a bad experience with Chubb. But was that the best choice??? A week after installation my mother accidentally pressed the panic button. They phoned us, asked for a password and after 23min the door bell rang. Furious we asked the guy what took him so long and he showed us on his phone that ADT took 15 min to call him. He arrived after 8min since he got the call. Last night we accidentally set of our alarm at 00:12am and guess what??? no one called us to check if everything is fine and it is now 15: 58. I would recommend that you speak to your night time staff (they clearly don't know the importance of their job)

My question is, the first time it took you 23min to get to us, last night no one called luckily neither was an emergency.

Is this the type of service you provide? if so please let me know so that i can cancel.
