ADT bad service

I moved houses and wanted to stay with ADT, as I had their security for over 20 years. But I signed a new contract 9 days ago and I still waiting for them to connect my beams to their control room. It is extremely bad service. I called the sales person almost every day to no avail. Unfortunately, I cannot now cancel the contract , which is a pity as I could go to other security companies which are in the area. I think they have become too big....
