ADT BAD SERVICE

I've been paying for an alarm system (still am) that does not even work. I have contacted the ADT customer centre numerous times and I'm always promised to be called back or I will be sent technicians to come sort out my alarm on a certain day but they never come through. It is clear that the safety of their clients is not a priority and I had installed an alarm because it would minimise the chances of my house been broken into again and now it seems as if my money is going to waste.
