ADT ASSUMPTION of excessive response and lack of officer support

The response officers are trying to help but: Their radios frequently cannot get through to base They don’t have the appropriate keys to security locks

Management now charges an “excessive response” fee for more than 4 callouts in a month. We live in a vulnerable and dangerous area. We have had more than four ******** incidents in less than a month. There are intruders on our property almost every time we leave it. If we are to be penalized for ******** activity, what is the point of HAVING a security response company which a ) cannot respond timeously and properly because of lack of access and poor communication b) charges extra for what little they do?
