ADT *********** arrangements and installations

ADT needs to explain you *********** ways of working with clients.

They make an arrangement to fit a system into my house today the installer is here for 2 hours and after 2 hours he tells me the system he brought is faulty. By the way it is a wireless connection !!!!!! And he said he will need to comeback on another day he then phones the control room and makes a schedule for Wednesday i told him i cant be here i phone the agent that i signed the contract with and he speaks to the installer he saying he cant go back to the office to get another system but we must phone the control room the agent phones the control room and the saying that i the client made another arrangement for Wednesday??? And i did not do so so i did not even speak to the control room now i am standing here without a system and the installer is gone ??? After i took the day of work to be here !!!! What is this nonsens ??? Can ADT please come back to me ?????
