ADT Armed Response take 3 HOURS to respond

This is my second report on ADT. They are terrible. Yesterday they phoned at 18:26 and advised our alarm is going off. We informed them we are not home, they need to investigate. THREE HOURS later exactly at 21:26 they called to inform us the armed response eventually made it to our house and did his front perimeter inspection.<br> We have already terminated our contract. Can't wait to give the smaller companies a chance. ADT must be losing customers by the boat-load. If you live in Constantia/Tokai/Bergvliet/Kirstenhof don't expect ADT to show up at your house after your alarm went off. Your house would have been cleaned out after the ******* made themselves a cup of tea and a sandwich. JUST SAY NO TO ADT. Hopefully, they get the message.
