ADT ARMED RESPONSE SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT - They do not respond when your Alarm is triggered

My Alarm went off at 12h30 today 4th June 2022. Although the Alarm was triggered I received NO CALL from ADT informing me of such or to find out if I was OK. I eventually contacted ADT and was shuntered from pillar to post claiming that it's the response Centre that needed to contact me. It's now 2 hours since the Alarm went Off and I have not yet had a call from ADT. As a Security services Company, ADT should be ashamed to Charge Customer's for services that they cannot provide OR guarentee. I could have been dead and ADT will not care OR respond yet they are very quick to Debit my account every month for ARMED RESPONSE SERVICE that is Non-existent. Please be very mindful when considering ADT as your armed response Company.
