Adt - Armed response

<p>I have been trying to get hold of the District Mananger to explain to me howcome others (Family members) in my area who has been a client of ADT far longer than me, is still paying the same rate for armed response service whereas my rate is continously increasing.</p> <p>To crown it all, I have been trying to get a justifiable explanation from the District Manager but to no avail. I have made an online complaint and have records to prove it, and still no response when ADT online complaint is suppose to respond within 48 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>I picked up the payment issue when I was conversing with a few people only to discover that they are still paying the same rate as when they had joined ADT 6 or 7 years a ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went visit the ADT office today demanding to speak to the District Manager but as usual the front desk and another person is gate keeping preventing me from accessing the District Manager-one would swear he is the President of the country.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted in the kind of service rendered and would one want an organisation like this to take care of your life if they repond in this kind of manner. Would you want to put your life and youe belongings ih thire hans when thet are unable to respond to simple as this.
