ADT armed, but with their hands tied after negligently damaging property

<p>An ADT armed response driver fell asleep at the wheel and bumped into one of our vehicles parked in front of our house at 4:00 am on 10 November 2016. Eventhough we are ADT custumers, they did not report the incident to us. An independent guard luckily noticed the incident and notified us. Due to the damage, the car cannot be driven. We have contacted ADT on numerous occasions and spoken to area manager, Mr Philip Riekert as well as numerous customer care assistants. They have not come to our assisstance and they keep telling us that their hands are tied. The car is still parked outside our home, six days later and we have exhausted all known avenues to solve the problem in a respectable manner. ADT; an armed company paid by us to protect us, have negligently damaged our property and now claim that their hands are tied. </p>
