ADT are useless

What a useless company! Security service is non existent! How can you wait 2 hours for an official? So I cancelled the contract on 16 November 2021, yet we were billed again at the end of January! A refund was promised but 3 weeks later I have to contact customer services again, just to be assured that everything was done on her side! They are *******, *****ing people’s money! Think 3 times before using them!
