ADT are shacks, you cant get out of contract

ADT staff have no sense of respect for clients and there is no internal collaboration.

After putting a review on Hello Peter I recieved a call from one of their lady and she is asking me to send and email ,when I asked her to check internaly as all communication was sent to them, she told me she is not the one who called me and said the account was closed and I don't owe them anything. She said she will get someone to call me. Why call me in the first place if you not representing the whole.company?

I want this account sorted out. You refused to accept my mail when I wanted to cancel the contract. You wanted me to fill in your stupid form and I must provide you with my new adresss and the reason why I want to cancel, after I told you I have moved from the house and I can't afford to pay going forward.
