ADT are ****** they Still Bill Me after Cancelling the Service in Last Year 13th of November

I have been using ADT for many years after some issues with my alarms, going off for no reason, and having countless call-out fees, I decided to cancel this service, as they are completely useless. Even when the security guards come to your place, they fail to remove the people responsible for disturbing the peace in front of my house. I put in the cancellation last year on 13 November 2022 - RE: Ticket: EA4EF***C Re: Re: Cancel My AdT account Please, Ebrahim Johnson ID *** - They tell me they will send their people to take out their Alarm System, that I have been paying for the last 5 years. I pay them R7000 to put up surveillance cameras at my house. They do not do the installation and still today, my cameras are laying in a box unused, I have wasted so much money with ADT and they are the most ********* business you can find in this country. I would give them a Zero Star, but unfortunately, this option is not available, otherwise, they are the worst company to deal with, and I will never advise anyone to ever take a security system out with them. They will take your money, but will not give the service they promise.
