ADT ***ARDS
I have been with ADT since forever. Cannot remember when. In that time I have not received a single invoice or statement. Today, out of the blue I get a call from attorneys that say I have been handed over for my account at ADT. ***?
I pay my account by debit order order every month, i have not had any reversals or issues in paying the account and now suddenly I am handed to attorneys?
ADT you don't even have the guts to contact me directly to sort out the issue.
If it wasn't that you are about the only security service in our area. I would change service provider in a heartbeat after todays low blow.
Sort out your accounting!! I do my part regurlarly , monthly. DO YOURS!
