ADT App installation
ADT customer services is unable to assist me restoring my app on my phone.When I had this problem previously a technician came to my premises to assist me.Can someone please assist me reinstall my app urgently as I am unable to arm my home.Please do not charge a call out dee because consultants should be able to assist with these enquiries telephonically.

Thank you for your response.I received a call from your offices,but she doesnt seem to understand the nature of my query,she is going going back and forth with IT support but im not getting a solution.
I'm not trying to be difficult but urgently need this resolved soonest.My neighbours house was broken into last sunday and this is worrisome hence the urgency in me requiring an app that works.
