ADT Another Disastrous Team

<p>We have been with ADT since we moved into our home 4 years ago.</p> <p>Very few homes in the area are under ADT - DSS are the ones that have the lion's share. They are most active and have a large presence , so much so that they are helpful to everyone whether they are clients or not.</p> <p>ADT DOES NOT HAVE A PRESENCE in the area. They are never seen.</p> <p>Whenever I contact them and complain about not seeing them they come for a few days and leave their notification tickets in my postbox and thats it until I complain again. This is a regular complaint and I feel I am wasting my money paying for a service I dont get. </p> <p>They are so big and independent that they dont care.</p> <p>I know that they are active in the Southern Suburbs but not in the PARKLANDS NORTH area.</p> <p>Their service is truly shocking and unacceptable and they dont do anything to change it.</p>
