ADT AND ATLAS PE NO SERVICE RESPONSE

Situated in the industrial area of Korsten, PE we had a break in less than an hour and a half ago and as a paid customer of ADT AND ATLAS, happened while the whole street is operational and everyone is working, with absolute ridiculous lack of response. Both companies, after emergency panic buttons, fire alert etc etc was pressed, arrived between 15 and 20 minutes after. Phone both PE branches, with Atlas you land in Cape Town and with ADT they tell you they have such a high call volume, Mr Albert Winfall will phone you back! We would like to see you in person, Mr Winfall! So if my monthly paid service bill is keeping your staff alive as rest of your clients do, please!!!
