I mention their condition about month end.
23 Feb: ADT re-confirm receipt of cancellation. We will collect radio. (eml)
23 Feb to date: DAILY SMS: Please contact ADT. There is a fault on your system. A few feeble attempts @ end Feb to schedule an alarm 'fix'

17 MARCH: ADT PREMIUM IS DEDUCTED

1- several times ADT acknowledge my cancellation email
2- ADT rule: cancellation can only be done a month after the current calendar month. ie. I (CONSUMER) MUST FORK OUT FOR A MONTH EVEN THOUGH THEIR SERVICE SUX (WAITING PERIOD)
3 - But ADT want THEIR PROPERTY (radio) back PREMATURELY, before the ADT-instituted 'waiting' period is over
4- ADT STILL DEBIT ME with an OUTDATED DEBIT-ORDER, AFTER ACKNOWLEDGING CANCELLATION.
NOTE: ADT have had MORE THAN 30 DAYS TO REVISE BILLING! (28 Jan-5 Mar)

ADT have already acknowledged the date from which they will not be my service provider.
Yet ADT continue debiting money!

In effect, can be construed as *****ing.
