ADT always not there

<p>I’m getting very ****ed off by the way ADT is treading me as a loyal customer. I recently reported two incidents where my home alarm went off but ADT never called or sent an officer to my place. On Saturday last week at around 6am my alarm went off again and again I’m still waiting for the ADT to check with me if everything is ok. The 1st two incidents I called ADT and my system was tested and they confirmed that my alarm system was working properly. Now I can’t understand why they are not calling me or send an officer when my alarm is activated. I’m paying a lot of money every month for the service that I don’t get. I want a refund for the past five months that they did not service me. I also want my annual radio fee as the radio is not helping me is anyway. The only thing that they do not forget to do is send an sms every time the power went off. I will be expecting my refund and please do not expect payment from me going forward. There have been too many break-ins in our area recently and we even lost one life.</p>
