ADT alarmd
On the 27/07/2023 I notified ADT Alarms that I would no longer require their services. They had sent me an SMS earlier in the week notifying me of an annual radio license fee of R240. 01. I specifically mentioned in my email of termination of their services not to deduct the annual radio license as I would not benifit from this as I would no longer be a client of theirs. To cut a long story short they went ahead and deducted my final monthly subscription as well as the radio license fee of 240.01. On the 28/07/2023 I telephoned their accounts Dept and spoke to one of their agents named Akhona who assured me I would receive a full refund of R240. 01 but it would take up to 14 days to reflect in my account and that she would process my request and send it to the credit Dept. A14 day wait seemed fair and terminated the call. After the 14 days had passed I contacted them again as I had still not received my refund. I was told this time that the credit Dept had a problem with their system but she would resubmit my request and follow up with the credit Dept. After numerous phone calls and emails in which I have been **** to, and dragged through the Bush backwards I have still not received my refund. It is now been over two months and I feel it's now time to write this review because I'm now tired of waiting and their consistent dishonest answers to my questions. Each time I contact them it costs money and they don't respond to my emails. PL. Kemp
