ADT alarm system ****
When my alarm goes off ADT do not respond and when I call they say they did not get any signal and tell me they'll send a technician. Each callout fee for the technician is R574, the technician then comes and does 5 minutes work. Then after a month or so same problem again and they expect me to pay the R574 again plus my monthly premium of R300. This has been going on for several months now and I believe I'm being ****med by ADT.
