ADT Alarm Security

I would like to lay complaint again regarding Adt security company, I have requested ADT to cancel the alarm system in January and they provided me with their email address for cancellation *** and I have cc'd ***, however they have listed my name on Credit bureau service and the outstanding amount R3214.08 and I have sold my house already in June and this was handled by CIB Attorneys, but the service I have requested Adt to cancel the service in January till today they are billing my account and not willing to close the account, I want them to cancel the alarm system and remove my name for credit bureau service and cancel the outstanding amount.
