ADT Alarm Response Time

So after testing my Alarm today with one of the Technical guys at ADT my signal seemed to be delayed on ADT's system. Jason Roberts arranged for a Stronger Signal Box to be installed in my house and explained everything to me in a great manor, my house was also fitted with only one panic button and Jason advised there should be 2 installed and will arrange for the second panic button to be installed. I'm honestly really grateful for the superb service Jason has given me today making sure that my house is secured to the best, Jason could have easily just said that the signal came through immediately but he was honest enough to say that the signal was delayed and that he's not comfortable having the signal so delayed.

So in all thanks to Jason Roberts in the Technical Department for asssisting me with my queries and being so polite it was really convient speaking to you over the phone.

ADT needs to install a stronger Signal Box tomorrow and hopefully this will be resolved :-).
